The Cordillera Vail Club is a 3,800 square foot, seasonal facility located on the top floor of the Vista Bahn Building, at the base of Vail Mountain. This handsome club offers a warm, welcoming retreat with ample storage, stunning views and exceptional access to both the village and the mountain. Founder Members
initiation fee – $10,000
- Membership Application must be received by January 31, 2007
- Dues: $2,000 a year, payable quarterly- but will not be assessed until 4th quarter 2007.
- Initiation Fee is 100% refundable.
- Member may elect to keep membership if home is sold but Membership then becomes recallable.
Charter Members
initiation fee – $12,000
- Membership applications received between February 1 and March 31, 2007.
- Dues: $2,000 a year, payable quarterly- but will not be assessed until 4th quarter 2007.
- Initiation Fee 90% refundable
- Member may elect to keep membership if home is sold but Membership then becomes recallable.
Members

- Membership applications received after March 31, 2007.
- Dues: $2,000 a year, payable quarterly- but will not be assessed until 4th quarter 2007.
- Initiation Fee 80% refundable.

Non-Member Access
- April 16 – November 14 (non-ski season) - Cordillera property owners have free access to the Club except for special events for which they will have to pay a fee.
- November 15 – April 15 (ski season) - Free access to the Club is for members only. Non-member, Cordillera property owners may reserve use of storage compartments (accommodating two people) for $50 per day for up to seven (7) days per ski season.
